Creative Coach. Theatre Artist.
These might seem like two different worlds, but for me they're deeply connected. Both coaching and theatre begin with curiosity, inviting us to explore different perspectives, embrace uncertainty, and discover something new about ourselves.
Coaching
I work with people who are navigating change, searching for more clarity, or wondering what comes next. My coaching blends curiosity and creativity, tackling serious topics with levity. Drawing on Co-Active coaching and other methodologies, I adapt my approach to each client.

Theatre
Over the last twenty years, I've worn many hats in the theatre from performing and directing to producing, design, and stage management. Theatre continues to shape the way I think about storytelling, collaboration, and what it means to step into new possibilities.

Whether I'm coaching someone through a career transition, working in a rehearsal room, or putting pencil to paper, I'm led by one thing: exploring what's possible.
