What is coaching?
The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as "partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximise their personal and professional potential."
At its simplest: coaching is a conversation with intention.
It's a space that's entirely yours, free from judgement, advice, or expectations. Together, we'll slow things down, explore what's really going on beneath the surface, and uncover what's most important to you.
Supportive professional relationships take many forms and have specific functions. Unlike mentoring, I won't offer advice or tell you what you should do. Unlike therapy, coaching isn't about looking to your past or treating mental health conditions. Instead, coaching lets the client lead the way; I'll come curious, ready to listen, and ask questions. We'll focus on where you are now, where you want to be, and what might be getting in the way.
Coaching is a partnership. We work together to help you move forward in a way that feels authentic and meaningful to you.

Maybe you are...
✦ considering a career change
✦ feeling stuck or uncertain about your next step
✦ trying to make an important decision
✦ looking for more clarity/purpose/alignment
✦ wanting to identify or reconnect with your values and strengths
✦ ready to stop overthinking and start taking action

Wherever you are, coaching gives you the space to
pause, think, and reconnect with yourself.

I'm happy to answer more of your coaching questions over a free chemistry call. ☕
